Vino Cellars University: Same Grape, Different Place | 9/9 | 6 pm

Six pours, three mini-flights, one big question: how much does “place” really matter? We’ll line up three flights of 2 wines per—each showcasing a single grape grown in two dramatically different regions. Think along the lines of: a sun-soaked style vs. a cool-climate take, a mountain-grown version vs. valley-floor fruit, Old World restraint squaring off against New World swagger.

As we taste, we’ll break down how soil, rainfall, elevation, and cellar choices stamp their own accents on aroma, body, and finish—plenty of “aha!” moments for newcomers, and deeper geek-outs for seasoned sippers.
